The major objective of this site is to be a platform for my career development in web project management. As such, here is a breakdown of my progress in getting better in the field.

Current Status

Right now I am an entry-level web project manager, additionally responsible for other odd tasks and likely to become embroiled with inappropriate work. I need to learn the trade and better assess the what work to take on, trash or delegate.

Next Actions for Career Development

I am currently working through Ashley Friedlein’s Web Project Management as a framework to develop this site. The site will function as a platform for me to grow as a web project manager. Additionally, I am working to do a better job at managing the lower-level task management in the bottom-up approach of David Allen’s Getting Things Done.
